Angeline is the founding partner of Messrs Angeline & Associates. She holds a Second Class Upper Honours LL.B and was called to the Malaysian Bar in February 2016.
Prior to founding her firm, Angeline practised at Messrs Chee Hoe & Associates, where she was trained to be meticulous with every brief and gained valuable knowledge and expertise in stratified development disputes.
Angeline has successfully secured precedential judgments on novel legal issues, particularly in strata management and financial technology disputes, notably securing the first judgment in favour of Malaysia’s largest eWallet operator.
She is well versed in complex disputes arising from stratified and mixed developments and provides legal advisory on Malaysia’s strata regime in both West Malaysia and Sarawak.
Throughout her career, Angeline has advised and represented a broad range of clients, including developers, joint management bodies, management corporations, subsidiary management corporations, parcel owners, and both private and publicly listed companies.
Her litigation and advisory expertise cover strata management disputes, financial technology, construction, and mixed development matters.
She has appeared as counsel at all levels of Malaysian courts, including the Federal Court, and at the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

Acted for a licensed surveyor and succeeded in striking out a claim relating to the preparation of a Special Plan delineating limited common properties of subsidiary management corporations within a mixed development area
